We use two methods: Standard Shipping (Usually 12-15 business days) and FedEx Express International (Usually 2-4 business, Duty Paid). For areas which typically experience delivery delays, we highly recommend opting for the $25 extra upcharge using FedEx Express. 

Yes! We have quarterly sales on a regular basis. Coupons for future sales are often included in your package. If you need a current coupon, please check our social media websites, or you may contact us.

No, you do not need to have an account to place an order. If you wish to keep a running history of your orders, then we do recommend creating an account so you can refer to it at your convenience. For our Valued Customers who have been using the previous website platform, you will need to create a new account, and you may contact us for your past order history. 

If your coupon does not work, it is because the coupon may be expired, or it may not be compatible with the product you are ordering (i.e. Classic Regular Two-Pak).
